"The House of Eclecticism"
Eclecticism is an aesthetic expression that transcends eras, cultures, and styles. Its essence lies in establishing order within difference, balancing bold artistic statements with restrained decoration so that striking personality and a serene atmosphere coexist, ultimately rendering a nuanced interplay of tension and ease.
At One Bay Park, CCD responds to the aesthetic values of the Greater Bay Area new generation through a new expression of eclecticism, presenting a lifestyle that is stylish yet relaxed and refined without being rigid. By fostering a dialogue between the classic and the contemporary, this liberated approach seamlessly accommodates Eastern and Western cultures, avant-garde art, and heritage craftsmanship, transforming bespoke residential space into a true extension of personal aesthetics, lifestyle, and inner world.

COLOR IS THE KEY. THE EYE IS THE HAMMER. THE SOUL IS THE PIANO WITH ITS MANY STRINGS. THE ARTIST IS THE HAND THAT PLAYS, TOUCHING ONE KEY OR ANOTHER, TO CAUSE VIBRATIONS IN THE SOUL.

LIFESTYLE DESIGN & AZURE DREAMSCAPES
/ ENTRANCE HALLWAY & LIVING ROOM & MULTI-FUNCTIONAL AREA /
Designing a lifestyle is more than matching function with scale; it is about creating a dedicated space where life experiences, aesthetic preferences, and personal memories find expression. In the living room, a lightweight arcade of light — woven from recycled fibers by Arturo Álvarez — engages in a soft dialogue with the sculptural yet playful cast-glass forms of LMNOH.
The hallway's dimensions are thoughtfully redefined into a flexible, multi-functional space. Woven together by shades of blue, the gradient canvas of DIVINE BLUE, the translucent texture of the Edra A'mare armchair, and a sweeping cloud of baby's breath blossoms overlay light and color into a floating dreamscape.

SENSORY DIALOGUE
/ DINING ROOM /
Difference and harmony, functionality and whimsicality coexist to infuse the dining room with a humanized emotional warmth. The U-shaped chain chandelier by artist Deniz Tunc reshapes layers of light and shadow using metal and crystal, paired with the light, interweaving glass floral installation by artist Lie Yang. Beside the table, an antique carved wooden chair rests alongside the Palm Embrace hand chair and burgundy velvet dining chairs. Refinement meets nature, the classic dialogues with the contemporary, and rationality merges with playfulness in this shared space.
VOLVING SPACES, LIVING MEMORIES
/ ARTISTIC HALLWAY & BEDROOM /
In the artistic hallway leading to the bedrooms, a collection of artwork and collectible designs spanning different cultural contexts is curated. This transforms the space into a three-dimensional diary, recording the owner's unique aesthetic choices and life memories.
Living with art, the highly inclusive approach of eclecticism allows the space to continuously evolve alongside passing time and changing family needs. Within the gentle overall tone of the master bedroom, the design intentionally incorporates several visual focal points. Unconventional pieces interplay with richer colors and textures, bringing a sense of personality and playful charm to the quiet space.
