Creative concept mindset
Design and select soft furnishings, accessories, curtains, lighting, and other elements to fit various design aesthetics
Liaise with suppliers to provide designers with a variety of material samples
Develop a full set of material books and boards in alignment with the project style and selected materials
Conduct site research and execute on-site setup based on project requirements
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Powerpoint/Indesign, with extensive experience; strong hand-drawing skills
Good communication skills and assertive work attitude

TECHNICAL DESIGNER

Major in architecture, interior design or relevant discipline
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, with extensive experience; strong hand-drawing skills
2 years of experience or above

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Bachelor ’s degree or above, over 3 years of professional experience, and more than 2 years of business development experience in the hotel design industry
Fluent in spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international hotel management companies
Strong organizational skills in document management, along with a basic knowledge of legal concepts
Professional appearance and demeanor, proactive and adaptable in handling tasks, strong team spirit, excellent social and communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and able to perform well under pressure
Work experience in a five-star hotel is preferred

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

A full-time bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or interior design; candidates with overseas study or work experience will be given preference
Over 8 years of experience in hotel interior design and more than 3 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects to successful completion
Possess an international design perspective, with a strong sense of design aesthetics, creativity in conceptualizing designs or schemes, and the ability to develop and refine designs
Strong ability to interpret design concepts, with a solid design vision and unique artistic insights, capable of creating tailored spatial designs to meet diverse market needs
Strong expertise in project reporting, presentations and team mentorship
