A long scroll titled The Heart Residence, unfolding a sanctuary that gathers and calms the soul.

The design takes inspiration from the gentle unfolding of an oriental folding fan—an emblem of Eastern aesthetics and a reflection of life’s measured philosophy. Its rhythm of opening and closing embodies a refined balance and composure.

By introducing the aesthetics and functionality of luxury hospitality, the project creates an atmosphere of understated elegance that shields everyday life from external noise. At its core, it celebrates the enduring art of living.

Stepping into the reception lounge feels like watching the folding fan open fully, revealing an expansive panorama of living. This is the heart of the home—a place for connection and shared emotion. Thoughtful "blank spaces" avoid prescribing fixed functions, instead allowing endless possibilities for future gatherings, private art dinners, or the display of cherished antiques and jewelry.

/ LIFE ITSELF IS THE MOST COMPELLING ART /

The dining and kitchen area is gracefully connected to the living room along a light, central axis. The round dining table naturally gathers people, creating a warm setting for family and friends. The Western-style kitchen island and bespoke sideboard elevate both the refinement of private dining and the simple beauty of everyday life, turning each moment into a scene of its own.

A DWELLING FOR THE HEART SURPASSES ANY NEWLY HOME

The bedroom adopts an international hotel–inspired configuration, blending luxury with comfort. Curved elements in the backdrop subtly echo the design details of the living room. Most distinctive is the corner picture window, offering a personal vantage point of the view—a world entirely one's own. It serves as an undisturbed retreat, a quiet sanctuary where one can pause, reflect, and reconnect with the inner self.
