Timeless elegance and luxury along the central axis.

In Beijing, we reimagined the 600-year-old Caochang Hutong into a globally unique luxury hotel. Through meticulous restoration and preservation, CCD preserved the hutong's authentic character while amplifying the architectural beauty of traditional courtyard homes.

The hotel lobby's public area is a standout feature of the design. As guests step through the door into the quadrangle courtyard, the sight of ancient trees standing serenely transports them from the bustling, modern city outside into the calm, timeless rhythm of old Beijing life.

The beauty of the changing landscape of the courtyard in spring rain, summer shadow, autumn leaves, and winter snow in four seasons is introduced into the room.
