XIN RONG JI
(ROUSSILLON)
A centuries-long Journey of Blue and White Porcelain.

The Xin Rong Ji restaurant opens at ROUSSILLON, taking "mutual learning among civilizations" as its design point of departure. A centuries-long journey of Blue and White Porcelain is distilled into a spatial narrative — rooted in culture, resonating with the world, and expressing an enduring Eastern romance.

AN AESTHETIC DIALOGUE BETWEEN EAST AND WEST
/ OPEN KITCHEN & DINING AREA & JAPANESE CUISINE AREA /
In the open kitchen, attention converges on a Portuguese-style "Kraak" oven, inlaid with blue-and-white shards collected from around the globe.

The dining area draws inspiration from the 18th-century European collector's study, where French-lined bookcases and private-collection-grade objets d'art revive the historic fascination of high society with Eastern craftsmanship.
CROSS-CULTURAL AESTHETICS
/ PRIVATE DINING ROOMS & CIGAR ROOM /

The private dining rooms focus on the theme of "cross-cultural aesthetics," blending feelings and sensitivities through a rich visual language, creating a dining experience that is more intimate and personally connected.

The design moves away from focusing on formal contrasts and instead blends materials, lighting, and cultural symbols into a subtle composition of modern "civilizational dialogue."
