THE ONE
Pearl River hides its jewel, quietly resting in this bay.

The One is envisioned as a cultural residence designed to anchor memories and nourish the spirit. By seamlessly blending Cantonese heritage, the natural essence of the Pearl River, and contemporary aesthetics, it crafts an ideal sanctuary for its residents — a place where time slows down and both body and mind can truly rest.

THE ELEGANCE OF LINGNAN
/ ENTRANCE & LOBBY & ATRIUM /
At the entrance, a screen wall carved from opulent black-gold stone features layered wave motifs, capturing the fluid beauty of the Pearl River. Upon entering the lobby, curved walls reinterpret the ridge lines of traditional "Wok Ear" houses, while Lingnan-style floor tiles pave the way with auspicious meaning.

In the central atrium, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light indoors, honoring the ancient architectural tradition of "Four Waters Returning to the Hall." The interior channels the spirit of the historic Xiguan Mansions; a palette of soft whites and creamy beiges is accented by elegant Oriental artifacts, creating an atmosphere that radiates both quiet wisdom and timeless grace.
A FLOWING POEM
/ SPIRAL STAIRCASE & NEGOTIATION AREA /

At The One, space unfolds like a flowing poem. The spiral staircase interprets the poetic essence of "The Pearl River descending from the heavens," weaving together the translucency of crystal and the structural strength of metal.

In the negotiation area, curved screens enclose a quiet sanctuary; set against a tone of soft white, structural lines flow like the waters of the Pearl River, converging at the central art sphere. This sphere acts as a "bright pearl," refracting light to harmonize with the traditional Lingnan window grids.

THE IDEAL WATERFRONT HAVEN
/ NORTH HALL /
The North Hall combines the aura of a library and a gallery, creating an atmosphere of serene elegance that contrasts with the restrained luxury of the private banquet and cigar zones. The tea room fuses East and West, where screens featuring Manchurian window motifs and lacquer stools crafted using intangible cultural heritage techniques become the focal points. Even the swimming pool resembles an art sanctuary upon the water, where cascading natural light illuminates walls adorned with cloisonné enamel, tracing the millennial waves of the Maritime Silk Road.
