The project is a profound reflection on the future of living. The design moves beyond the making of space, seeking instead to shape a contemporary residential environment where international perspective, artistic sensibility, and the warmth of everyday life converge.

ALONG THE VIBRANT SHORES OF SHENZHEN BAY, THE MEANING OF LIVING HAS LONG TRANSCENDED MERE SHELTER. AS THE CITY'S SKYLINE CONTINUES TO REACH HIGHER, THE DIMENSIONS OF LIFE ARE QUIETLY EXPANDING.

A CONTEMPORARY RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT WHERE INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVE, ARTISTIC SENSIBILITY, AND THE WARMTH OF EVERYDAY LIFE CONVERGE.

A SPATIAL CADENCE UNDULATING WITH THE TIDES

/ LIVING ROOM /

Conceived around "Tides" as a guiding metaphor, the living room unfolds as an open, inclusive living landscape. Public spaces gently flow into one another through fluid circulation, where curated furnishings, art installations, and layered materials coexist in quiet dialogue — balancing social vitality with a sense of mental ease.

A SOCIAL THEATER FOR DAILY LIVING

/ DINING AREA /

Positioned at the heart of the spatial flow, the dining area features a round table that sets a tone of inclusivity and gathering. Yet, the true focal point is the central island that anchors the space. Atop the island, a giant, semi-transparent acrylic bowl sculpture commands attention as the visual centerpiece. Hand-cast and polished by artist Jonathan, it is one of only two in the world. Its ocean-like hues and fluid form beautifully crystallize the theme of 'tides' within the space.

THE BOUNDLESS REALM OF INSPIRATION

/ MULTIFUNCTIONAL ROOM & MASTER BEDROOM /

Through movable partitions and a smart control system, the multi-functional room seamlessly transitions among a study, a private office, a home theater, or even a temporary guest suite. Highly personalized furnishings spark a dialogue between the "old" and the "new", the "handcrafted" and the "technological", establishing a unique dynamic tension within the space.

The master bedroom adopts a more serene, restrained, and texture-focused design language, infusing everyday rituals into a graceful and unhurried order.
