SINOBAY
The bayfront gallery: echoes of the tide.

Adjacent to the Shenzhen Opera House and anchored at the core of the Shenzhen Bay, SINOBAY emerges as a floating island of art. Caressed by the sea breeze and the interplay of light and shadow, the architecture breathes in perfect harmony with nature and culture. In the interior design, CCD incorporates the Fibonacci sequence (the Golden Ratio), using the "nautilus" spiral as a prototype to recreate nature's logic of infinite extension and growth.

"THE OCULUS OF THE BAY"
/ ENTRANCE & ATRIUM /
Strolling through the atrium, the artistry of Eastern landscaping seamlessly intertwines with the restrained aesthetics of minimalism. Unfolding in layers along a tidal axis, the curtain-like entrance guides visitors to wander through intentional negative space, leading to a serene encounter with the artistic vistas of the bay.
"FLUID SPACE"
/ ART GALLERY /

The art gallery establishes its tone with off-white, gray, and plain concrete, accentuated by touches of deep sea blue. Winding curved walls create a gallery-like, ethereal stillness. Within it stands a sculpture by contemporary artist Gil Bruvel; its color transitions from profound blue to fiery red, symbolizing the dual coexistence of reason and passion.

Departing from conventional linear forms, the bar area extends the spiral motif. The layered metal mesh and the bar's silhouette seamlessly echo the circular ceiling overhead, wrapping guests in a warm, enveloping embrace at the very center of the Golden Ratio.

"PRIVATE ISLANDS"
/ LOUNGE /
The lounge area forms "private islands" reminiscent of receding sandbars. Here, the warm textures of travertine, black reef-like reliefs, and pebble-inspired tables beautifully complement rugs that mimic the water-stained patterns of a beach. In this space, the clamor of the outside world fades away, leaving only the inner echo of the tides.
